Clear's ability to isolate a singing voice in a handheld microphone from the noise on stage is absolutely nuts. Unfortunately the latency is problematic. Even in ECO-mode we are on the edge of what can be useful. I'm experimenting with it live and I find it a very worthwhile compromise even with the current latency (in ECO-mode) to use on backing vocals, but even so: A lower latency version or mode would absolutely sweep the live sound reinforcement market, even with a somewhat degraded performance. The performance is so good that's there's a hefty margin down to the current crop of more conventional noise reduction plugins, so even with a degraded performance it would still eradicate the competition.
This would, of course, also require the plugin to be rock solid stable, which it currently isn't for me (mainly using Reaper as host but also tried Live Professor which only made it worse).
