Hello, I can’t activate my plugin. If i go to the activation page i’ve got this message : activation failed. An unknown error has occured. If i enter the licence in the plugin i have : connection failed. But i can go to the activation page, so my network looks ok… Can you help me? (see pics) When I first add a keyboard Shortcut in the Mac/System Pref/Keyboard/App Shortcuts, to open Clear (in AudioSuite), the shortcut shows up in the AudioSuite tab, but after using it one time, it gets deleted. It happens with any shortcut config. As you can see in the pic #2 and 3, it woks fine with the other plugins shortcuts. Thanks for your consideration.

There is a bug in Premiere Pro where applying 'clear' to an audio track causes the volume to decrease. Could you help me understand what might be causing this issue? My email address is gustjdwkd@daum.net .

questions about user agreement

On the last few projects we had some issue that slowed down our Premiere projects massively but we didn't figure out what it was until we deactivated Clear and activated it again. Turns out the plugin, if used throughout the project, slows down the whole access time like e.g. the playback. The project becomes so slow, that it takes ruffly 10 sec until you can playback your timeline. If deactivated again, the project runs smooth again. The project was saved on a T7 2TB Samsung SSD with fast read and write speeds.

I updated to the latest version and I´m still having this issue

When I use the plugin in davinci, it creates randomly white noise fragments in the audio part after rendering. I used it on single clips and then changed to whole track. Both options create issues in random sections of the video. Tried to export also just audio files as wave but same result

Hi, I have some issue with the last version of Clear on a PC with 4K Display and Edius X. The last version of Clear has the issue only on Edius X. On Cubase it is showing fine. Can you help me to use Clear on Edius X? Thank you.
