Voice change fails when laughing.

After updating to 0.1.3, the voice change sometimes fails when I laughed, and the sound is choppy and robotic.
This did not happen in 0.1.2.
I liked the old version better, so if you can revert it, please do.

What do you mean by the sound is choppy and robotic? Is the audio cracking or having dropouts?
I have noticed that it only works fine when the output in Shift is a 48kHz channel. If the sample rate is different then it will glitch out.
I started using Shift since 0.1.3 so I didn't know how it was before.
This proves that is a bug from Shift.
